Over the top, or all alone, this one always gets the job done…
A shimmering base of pink-purple-blue glowing mist gets grooving with a neon rainbow of absolute bliss and happy! This one can build on it’s own for a semi-sheer coverage in 2-3 coats or layer this over the top of something to add to the fun. A glitter smoother might be wanted, like Smooth AF, but as far as the finish it goes either way, matte or glossy, and does it with a smile.

Our shades are 5 Free and have great wear time!
We always recommend a top coat for maximum effect and wear time.
