Like a cotton candy cloud, this light and sheer beauty is a cool, shifty jelly. This Periwinkle base has a shift that is sparkling, Pink-Gold-Green and a Linear holographic flame that makes this color absolutely pop! This one can do a sheer 2 coats, or a squishy 3 with VNL. I like this one High Gloss, as the effect is really shown off that way, but I know it would be really interesting matte.
As with all of our polish, we create, blend and pour every bottle by hand, in-house.
Our shades are 5 Free and have great wear time!
We always recommend a top coat for maximum effect and wear time.
