An aquatic hue that gives that misty feeling of unexpected waterfalls, and beautiful forested destinations. Misty blue that is jelly and squishy in nature allows a flow of shifting flakes, Blue-Green-Purple floating in a splash of green and silver reflective glitter. I definitely recommend building this up for full effect, and depth, 3 coats gives that water feel. This one will do well with a Smoothing Top Coat like Smooth AF, and top coat, this looks amazing both high gloss and matte!
