Truth or Dare
Stand alone, full coverage glitter, can be layered over a base color in one coat, but it is a heavy glitter load. No base color, this is just Way Too Much Glitter. Red - Copper - Gold Shift.
2 to 3 Coats and a High Shine Top Coat will wear nicely, with full coverage, this one would also be amazing matte.
As with all of our polish, we create, blend and pour every bottle by hand, in-house.
We always recommend a top coat for maximum effect and wear time.
