While the name is getting into trouble, this shade gives off that feeling of a winter sunrise, and the sun glistening off of the snow. Also maybe some snowball fights and ridiculous winter shenanigans. A bright blue with a shimmer in pink, gold, and green with shifting flakes that do the same. This shade does best with 3 coats, and a high gloss top coat.
